I agree with some of the reviews about this product, especially about its smell, very unpleasant, and its texture, very difficult to apply on the skin. I only used a small amount of this balm, the jar is now stored in a drawer (money wasted). I am generally disappointed with this brand which is far from reaching some of the references offered by your brand. Concern:Dryness
Very difficult texture to apply, heats up the skin in an irritating way but the worst is the smell of the product, I ended up showering to remove it. Concern:Dryness
Hello, I am sincerely sorry that this product does not correspond 100% to your expectations... In spite of all the safety controls carried out, undesirable effects are possible and often linked to an individual sensitivity to one or several components, even natural ones. If your skin reddens/reacts, it is certainly because there is an active ingredient that you do not tolerate very well, we can react to everything, even to natural active ingredients :-/
We are really sorry and understand perfectly, it is true that the subject of odors is something very subjective.

The product is hyper compact and the texture is lumpy. I love balms, usually you need very little after warming the product in your hands, but not with this balm! You would need half the jar to do the whole body
Too bad the herbaceous smell is subtle and pleasant
Very beautiful smell but really not easy to spread it on the body. Conclusion: pleasant moment by the smell, painful by the use. Except to target only the calves. Concern:Dryness
