I was disappointed with the card, the packaging and the lack of samples. I received one 3 years ago that was very pretty and looked great with a ribbon, etc. This one was a bit poor.

I am very sorry to read your disappointment about our Oh My Cream Skincare Studio.
To be transparent, we never imagined such a success on our treatments in cabin, and this from the opening of this address at the end of 2021. We are clearly victims of our success and we understand that this is a major detriment to the experience in this beautiful place. We are in the process of recruiting new practitioners who we will then train in our very different treatment protocols. New slots will soon be available on our online booking platform.
In order to keep the organization as simple as possible, the new slots will open on the 1st of each month, for the month M+2. For example, on the 1st of May the schedules will open for the month of July.
Please also note that it is perfectly possible to use your Oh My Cream Skincare Studio Gift Card to, thanks to the code on your gift card
* make another treatment like Dermalogica or Tata Harper in any of our Oh My Cream! stores
* purchase products online or in any of our Oh My Cream! stores
Hopefully this one-time occurrence won't dent your confidence in Oh My Cream! ♡

My wife tried to make an appointment with the gift card but there were no slots available in Paris to perform the massage. It's a shame to sell a service but not be able to perform it, you have to wait for slots to open up.
If there had been the possibility of 0 stars it would have been the case.

Hello to you, I offered a treatment to my mother in mid-January but there is no appointment until April 16 ... I hope for her that the treatment will be up to what she wants given the delays ...
