With this type of shampoo, there is always a detox effect at the beginning. Your hair may take a little while to adapt, it's the famous 'weaning' effect :-). But, rest assured, after a few weeks, you will see a real difference in your hair!

The bottle is very practical with the press, and very large quantity of product (already 3 weeks of use and not even half: I specify: fine hair and square). Pleasant smell, does not dry the hair too much but does not give enough volume and makes it a little difficult to style. I'm waiting to finish the bottle to decide whether to recommend it or not

I am very sorry to hear about this unfortunate accident... I understand perfectly your frustration. Indeed, glass bottles are often chosen by brands for their ecological and recyclable side, and are very pretty in the bathroom but also quite fragile.

I bought this shampoo to address dry scalp issues, I am more than disappointed, I have never enjoyed a shampoo so little. The shampoo doesn't lather which means you don't really know where the shampoo is, especially when you have a lot of hair. Very difficult to rinse which means that when you dry your hair, some parts are still stuck. Use too complex for me visibly, I do not recommend at all

Irritates my scalp, leaves my hair flat
Hello Marie, I am sincerely sorry that this product does not correspond 100% to your expectations... In spite of all the safety controls carried out, undesirable effects can occur and are often linked to an individual sensitivity to one or several components. If the skin reddens/reacts, there is certainly an active ingredient that you do not tolerate. You should know that we can react to anything, even to natural active ingredients :-/
