Composition

Ajoutez une cuillère à café de Magic Chaga Latte à 200ml de lait végétal chaud (80°C max). Peut aussi être ajouté directement au café. Mélanger énergiquement et déguster. Correspond à 25 boissons environ.

À noter : les adaptogènes fonctionnent mieux lorsqu'ils sont pris sur le moyen / long terme, par exemple en cure de 3 mois.
