This is the first time I've ever reviewed an OMC product, or indeed any product purchased from OMC, but this one particularly sucks!
Despite following the application instructions, this product doesn't deeply moisturize the skin, it just erases the appearance of dryness for a few hours. I'm disgusted to have been badly advised in the store; I had gone to buy Suzanne Kaufmann body oil, which is the same price and far superior in terms of quality! Instead, I threw away €35 on a totally ineffective product that also gave me a burning sensation in certain areas (not waxed or shaved areas, such as shoulders).
This €35 product needs to be reworked by OMC! Concern:Dryness
Hello Marina, I'm really sorry that this product didn't meet your expectations 100%... Despite all the safety checks carried out, undesirable effects can occur and are often linked to individual sensitivity to one or more ingredients. If your skin reddens or reacts, it's likely that there's an active ingredient you can't tolerate. You can react to anything, even natural active ingredients :-/

A great texture and a pleasant scent, but I don't know what was overdosed in the composition but the oil literally burns my skin with red, hot patches! Yet I use essential oils very frequently and I don't have sensitive skin! Concern:Dryness

I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with our Nourishing Body Oil. Indeed, if your skin is too dry, irritated or freshly depilated, you may feel a little tingling. This reaction is completely normal, as it is linked to the presence of capsaicin: this active ingredient derived from chili peppers is recognized for its effectiveness on elasticity and cellulite.

I love this oil that I bought after testing it with a sample: it is easy to apply, penetrates quickly so no stains if you get dressed right away, leaves the skin soft and satiny, the smell is exquisite. The only drawback is that it stings a little on too dry skin.
