It's like this: it has to foam so that I feel cleansed and have the sensation of clear skin and then...no but (because there is one!) the skin and complexion are fine with this product - I should point out that I have fair white skin and am prone to rosacea! I have very dehydrated skin, tend to have a weakened skin barrier, sensitive skin, this cleanser has helped me so much I highly recommend Concern:Dehydration

I've been practicing double cleansing for several years now, and I usually start by cleansing my skin with jojoba oil and then apply a good cleanser .... Here I apply it after my jojoba oil and frankly, make-up and impurities remain .... I won't buy it again

It's a very good cleanser for my problem skin. I've had no reactions whatsoever.
