Our shipping times are as follows:
- Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
- Orders placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday evening will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
During the Goodie Bag period or any other Oh My Cream sales operation, our logistics workshop is busy preparing orders... A delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible, and we thank you in advance for your indulgence.
Customers can choose between several delivery methods, with varying costs and delivery times:

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and Oh My Cream cannot be held responsible for any failure to meet delivery times.

International delivery is by Colissimo, or express delivery by DHL. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination:

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check with his local customs office for the amount of these taxes.
Would you like to return a product? No problem! For all returns, please send us a short e-mail to contact@ohmycream.com to let us know. Please include : your order number, the product(s) being returned, the reason(s) for the return and a request for an exchange, voucher or refund. In this way, you can be sure that your request will be processed quickly and efficiently.
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of the order date. Returns for orders shipped within and outside mainland France are at the customer's expense.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

It is not necessary to enclose any documents with the package.
We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.
In addition, to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we recommend that you also send an email to contact@ohmycream.com.
If the item is refused by Oh My Cream, it will be returned to the Customer at Oh My Cream's expense without the Customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, such as the Goodie Bag - if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed(see our General Terms and Conditions for more details).
Gifts obtained as part of the loyalty program are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Orders placed on the Oh My Cream website cannot be returned or exchanged in the stores.
