Our delivery times are the following:
- For all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm, the order will be dispatched the same day.
- For all orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 1pm, the order will be dispatched the next day.
- For all orders placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For orders placed on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
During the Goodie Bag period or any other Oh My Cream commercial operation, our logistics workshop is faced with an important flow of order preparation... A delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible, we thank you in advance for your indulgence.
The Customer has the choice between several delivery methods, whose costs and times vary:

Shipping is handled by our delivery agents. Oh My Cream cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.

International delivery is by Colissimo, or in express mode by DHL. The shipping costs are at the charge of the Customer. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes can add to the price of our products and are the responsibility of the buyer. It is therefore the buyer has to be informed of the amount to his local customs office.
You want to return a product? No problem! For any return, please send us a short email to contact@ohmycream.com to let us know. Thank you to specify : the number of your order, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a voucher or a refund. This way, you will be sure that your request will be processed correctly and that it will be handled more quickly.
Any customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the order's date. Returns of orders shipped in metropolitan France and outside mainland France are the the customer's expense.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

There is no need to add documents to the parcel.
We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to also send an email to contact@ohmycream.com.
If the item is refused by Oh My Cream, it will be returned to the Customer at Oh My Cream's expense without the Customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been notified by the Customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the Customer.
Where the order was accompanied by a conditional gift - for example, a gift only offered if a minimum order value was reached, such as the Goodie Bag - if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer fulfils the conditions of the offer, in this case the gift must also be returned to us in order to be refunded(see our GTCs for more details)
Loyalty program gifts are not exchangeable or refundable.
Oh My Cream gift cards are can be spent on any available products on our e-store and are valid for a year. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and are only valid one at a time.
