ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER
The website www.ohmycream.com is published and produced by Oh My Cream, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 22,910 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 751 427 527, with its registered office located at 47 rue de Babylone, 75007 Paris, France. Oh My Cream’s intra-Community VAT number is FR71751427527. The publication director is Ms. Juliette Lévy. Oh My Cream is organizing, under the terms and conditions set forth below, a contest with no purchase necessary titled “ba&sh x Oh My Cream Contest” from Monday, September 7, 2026 (9:00 a.m.) to Monday, September 14, 2026 (11:59 p.m.), as part of the promotion of its products.
ARTICLE 2 - TERMS OF ACCESS TO THE GAME
The contest is open to any individual of legal age residing in Metropolitan France, excluding employees of the organizing company and their immediate family members (ascendants, descendants) or extended family members, as well as their spouses, common-law spouses, or civil union partners.
Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in the rules will invalidate participation.
The organizing company reserves the right to conduct any verification it deems necessary—including, but not limited to, the identity, age, and address of each participant—to ensure compliance with the provisions of these rules.
ARTICLE 3 - PRIZES
One winner will receive the following prize:
- A €500 gift card valid in stores and on the Oh My Cream online store, so you can stock up on gems
- A €500 gift card valid at ba&sh to build your back-to-school wardrobe

- Fill out the entry form with all required information, and click "Try my luck!"
No answer sent by any other means (private message, email...) will be accepted. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
ARTICLE 5 - AWARDING OF LOTS
The organizing company will conduct a random drawing among participants who have completed the form to select one (1) winner.
The winner’s name will be announced on September 15, 2026, via email to the winner, who will be asked to provide their contact information (last name, first name, and mailing address) within seven (7) days by email to the organizing company. If the winner does not respond by the end of this period, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.
The organizer agrees to send the prizes by regular mail within six (6) weeks of receiving the winner's contact information (as evidenced by the postmark).
Prizes that cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the control of the organizing company (incorrect address, no response from the winner, etc.) will be definitively lost and may not be reallocated.
The winner may not claim the cash equivalent of the prize won or request that it be exchanged for other goods or services, for any reason whatsoever. Prizes may not be transferred to third parties.
In the event of force majeure or if circumstances so require, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prizes won with other prizes of equivalent nature and value, without this giving rise to any compensation or indemnification of any kind.
The organizer shall not be held liable for any delays or loss and/or damage to the prize during shipping.
ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTES AND LIABILITY
Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules in their entirety. Any inaccurate or false statement, or any fraud, will result in the participant’s disqualification.
No responses will be provided to any telephone or written inquiries regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanics or terms of the contest, or the winners.
The company organizing the contest reserves the right to take legal action by any means against any attempt to circumvent these rules, particularly in the event of the provision of false information.
The organizing company cannot be held liable for any incidents that may arise from the use of the awarded prizes.
Oh My Cream will not be liable in the event of an Internet network malfunction that prevents access to the contest or its proper conduct.
In all other cases, in the event of a dispute or complaint, requests must be submitted to Oh My Cream within a maximum of fifteen (15) days after the contest closes (as evidenced by the postmark), by regular mail addressed to “Customer Service.” This letter must specify the exact date of participation in the contest, the participant’s full contact information, and the exact reason for the dispute. No other method of filing a dispute or complaint will be considered. The organizer’s decisions are final: Oh My Cream has sole authority to rule on any matter regarding the application of these rules.
The contest and the interpretation of these rules are governed by French law.
ARTICLE 7 - REIMBURSEMENT OF INTERNET CONNECTION COSTS
For participants who use an connection billed by connection duration, the connection costs incurred for participating in the game will be reimbursed upon written request to the organizing company’s address, upon presentation of supporting documentation, and on a flat-rate basis of €0.16 (including tax) per minute.
Given the current state of service offerings and technology, some Internet service providers offer free or flat-rate connections to Internet users. Under these circumstances, participants are informed that any access to the game via a free or flat-rate connection (such as, in particular, cable or ADSL connections) will not be eligible for any reimbursement, on the grounds that the Internet user’s subscription to the provider’s services is contracted for their general use of the Internet and that participants’ connection to the Facebook social network and participation in the contest do not incur any additional costs.
Postage costs incurred for the refund request will be reimbursed based on the standard postage rate in effect (for packages under 20g) as of the date of this contest.
To obtain reimbursement for their internet connection costs as well as the postage costs for their reimbursement request, participants must send a written request to the organizing company within one month of incurring these costs (as evidenced by the postmark), on plain paper, which must include the following information:
- last name, first name, and personal mailing address, accompanied by an official form of identification and a bank account statement
- the name of the game and the website where the game is accessible
- the supporting invoice with the dates, times, and duration of connection clearly highlighted
The organizing company will reimburse these costs via bank transfer within two (2) months of receiving the participants’ request.
ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on information technology, files, and civil liberties, and European Directive No. 95/46 of October 24, 1995, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the winners’ contact information may be processed in paper form or by automated means. In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of the aforementioned law, winners have the right to access, correct, and delete data concerning them upon simple written request sent to the contest address:
. Individuals who exercise their right to have their data deleted before the end of the contest will be deemed to have withdrawn from participation.
The event organizer, Oh My Cream, and its partner, ba&sh, are the sole recipients of the information collected, and this information will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with other business partners without the participants’ prior consent.
