How do you know if you have normal to combination skin?

This is the most common type of skin. normal to combination is characterized by an almost perfect balance, but with a tendency to shine in the T-zone or dehydration in the cheeks... Normal to combination skin can be recognized by certain telltale signs. Beyond the the T-zone, which tends to be oilycheeks can sometimes feel tight, small pimples can appear from time to time, the complexion can be dull and the skin's irregular skin texture with dilated pores on the forehead, nose and/or chin. While normal to combination skin is the most common, it's not always easy to treat. But with the right beauty routine, it's possible to avoid shine (and pimples), without stripping too much and suffering from dehydration, and so care for normal to combination skin...

What beauty routine should I adopt for my normal to combination skin?

1. Double cleaning every evening

Start with a make-up remover oil or balm: this product will emulsify all the greasy substances present on the skin's surface, such as sebum, pollution and make-up (including waterproof mascara!). This is the most delicate way to eliminate shine of combination skin without aggressing or drying out the skin. To refine the result and cleanse deeply, follow with a gentle cleansing milk or gel, or even a mousse. The advantage of normal to combination skin? You can easily change cleansers to suit your needs.

2. Gentle exfoliation once or twice a week

Exfoliation is the ultimate "beautiful skin" gesture (provided it's gentle and doesn't cause irritation)! By eliminating excess dead cells, facial facial scrub optimizes the penetration of active ingredients, leaving skin smoother and more radiant, while combating minor imperfections (spots, pimples, dilated pores). For gentle yet effective exfoliation, opt for the Exfoliating Powder Oh My Cream Skincare or the Daily Microfoliant Dermalogica to reveal clear, luminous skin.

3. A care oil morning and/or evening

Finish your routine by nourishing and protecting your skin with a skin-care oil oil. Contrary to popular belief, skincare oil mimics the skin's own sebum, gradually bringing shine under control. Fine to the touch and non-greasy in texture, theCorrective Oil Oh My Cream Skincare evens out and brightens the complexion, while reducing shine. Face oil Lapis Herbivore is also ideal for decongesting pores while softening skin texture to restore balance and hydration.
