The power of stones by Sentara Holistic
Sentara Holistic is a young beauty brand based on lithotherapy, the technique of using stones to improve health and well-being. From an early age, founder Mayia Alleaume has been interested in the powers of plants and minerals on the body. In constant contact with women through her job as a make-up artist, Mayia realized the need to design high-quality, personalized cosmetics. So she created Sentara, "to go towards what's good for you" in Basque.

At Oh My Cream, you can find the brand's iconic products. Each gua sha has its own unique properties. Sentara Gua Sha Peau d'Ange Corps is the ideal ally in the fight against cellulite and to reduce the sensation of heavy legs. Gua sha for the face boosts collagen production for plumper skin and less visible wrinkles. Sentara Holistic also offers rose quartz and rock crystal rollers. These beauty tools enhance the properties of a moisturizing cream or nourishing oil by boosting the penetration of active ingredients. Magic Mushrooms are also great allies in combating under-eye puffiness and decongesting the eye area. Once used, these stones can be energetically recharged with sage sticks or Pablo Santo sticks (also available from Sentara).

Rose quartz is ideal for sensitive skin and skin in search of firmness, thanks to its soothing, regenerating and firming properties. You'll find this crystal in Gua Sha Cœur Quartz Rose, Roller Quartz Rose and Magic Mushroom Quartz Rose. Rock crystal has revitalizing properties and brings radiance and vitality to the skin. It's the massage tool of choice for dull skin. A symbol of purity, white jade balances and harmonizes skin lacking radiance and uniformity. Black obsidian is a healing stone, helping to heal and rebuild the skin barrier. Finally, bian stone emits ultrasound to improve oxygenation of blood flow and cells, also relaxing muscles.

If we had to choose just two products from the Sentara brand, it would definitely be the rose quartz and rock crystal rollers and the Magic Mushrooms. Rollers are the perfect beauty tools for starting facial massages. Easy to use, they stimulate blood circulation, drain the lymphatic system and firm the face. Simply apply a treatment oil - the key step in the three essential gestures- or a cream and massage the skin, starting at the bottom of the face and working your way up. Magic Mushrooms are one of our favorites! They boost blood circulation under the eyes, filling in bags that have settled in after too-short nights. Simply apply your eye contour cream, then massage up and down the eye, starting from the inner corner and working towards the outer corner. A moment of relaxation guaranteed!
