A few extra tips for a good night's sleep...

  • Keep an eye on your bedroom temperature: ideally, it should be between 18° and 20°C.
  • Avoid screens : at least 2 hours before going to bed (or at the very least, put your phone on airplane mode before going to sleep).

  • Read: preferably a real book to create a calm, focused state of mind.

  • Write: writing about your day or expressing yourself without judgment about something on your mind helps you fall asleep more peacefully.

  • Don't eat too late: ideally, you should wait at least 2 hours after eating to go to bed without compromising your sleep and digestion.
