To feel good about your body this summer, it's time to put together a simple ritual that's as effective as it is sensorial: exfoliate, moisturize - in short, make your body sublime! Here's the right routine for you, depending on what's on your mind at the time.
Step 1: Exfoliate for satin-smooth, firm skin
Velvety skin with Body Scrub, a generous body scrub with fine pumice particles. It's less well known, but exfoliating once or twice a week is also the key to firmer skin and helps prevent the appearance of cellulite.
The right gesture? Use circular movements, paying particular attention to the buttocks and thighs, where fatty deposits tend to accumulate, but also to areas where the skin is driest (elbows, knees, etc.). If you're feeling brave, finish off with a splash of cool water to reinforce the toning and firming action of the scrub!
