I have to admit that I'm sadly disappointed by this product. I'm delighted with other Cut by Fred products, but I don't feel that this shampoo has any added value: my roots aren't any less oily and 3 pumps aren't enough for my whole head...

Hello Noa, I'm really sorry to hear that this product doesn't fully meet your expectations.
You really need to apply this product to very damp hair, so that the natural foaming agents can activate more easily.
It's perfectly normal for the first shampoo not to lather: think of it as a pre-shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, then repeat the experiment. With this technique, the second shampoo lathers more easily ;-)
Also, don't hesitate to rinse with lukewarm rather than hot water, to avoid making hair too porous and more difficult to rinse. That's the secret of using sulfate-free natural shampoos!

Having a very fragile scalp, I've heard nothing but good things about this shampoo, but the itching came back ++, crusts etc...even when rubbing and rinsing well the shampoo leaves the hair greasy, like a film of badly rinsed shampoo. What's more, the plastic part of the bottle (dispensing spout) broke as soon as I tried to unlock it to start using it, and I had to decant the shampoo into another bottle. Very disappointed, especially for the price Concern:Fighting dandruff

I love it, my hair is supple, shiny, light and full of volume after each shampoo. I can't do without it from now on. Only one comment: it doesn't lather easily, so I have to apply at least 3 pumps to cleanse my hair thoroughly.
