Aurélie Canzoneri's "food & mood" naturo tips

To work well, our body and our mind absolutely need good fuel. Aurélie Canzoneri, naturopath, gives us her advice to boost your energy and help you maintain it throughout the year.

The best fuel? Healthy ingredients!

  • Choose organic organic vegetables in season Steamed, juiced or eaten raw, they are our best allies!

  • Introduce enzymes at every meal in the form of sprouted seeds or lacto-fermented juices for a healthy intestinal flora.

  • Omega-3 These fatty acids are essential for our brain and cardiovascular system. Omega-3s are found in: small fish (such as sardines, herring, mackerel, salmon, tuna) (such as sardines, herring, mackerel, salmon, tuna), vegetable oils such as flaxseed, camelina or hempseed oil (be careful never to heat them!), and chia seeds to be consumed in the form of pudding, breakfast or snacks.

  • We replace our basic industrial products with healthier equivalents We replace our basic industrial products with healthier equivalents: fleur de sel, unrefined sugar, wholemeal or gluten-free flour, oils rich in omega 3, wheat germ, sprouted seeds, and mild spices that will help digestion.
  • It cannot be repeated enough: drinking at least 1 to 1.5 liters of water per day is essential! Drink before meals to activate digestive enzymes, a little during to avoid bloating and slow down digestion, and one hour after the meal.

A few tips to adopt on a daily basis to be physically and mentally radiant...

  • Excitants such as coffee are replaced like coffee with chicory or adaptogens like with Magic Cocoa Maison Loüno.

  • We take the time to clear our minds and find yourself at least five minutes a day by practicing meditation and relaxing.

  • Practicing physical activity on a daily basis is essential for our health: thirty minutes of walking a day is already very good!

  • For people prone to stress and anxiety Cardiac coherence is practiced to regulate breathing and relax.
  • Finally, we do not hesitate to give a boost to your immune system with vitamin cures to face the change of season in all beauty: vitamin C, D, magnesium, omega 3, zinc if needed... The cure "We want a marine tonic" Nubio Workshop is ideal for example.
