City Guide: in London with Mirror Water

Fancy a trip elsewhere? Get your summer vanity ready and grab your passport, because this summer we're heading for London. We asked the Mirror Water brand, and more specifically its founder and wellness enthusiast, to share her favorite addresses for a self-care stay in London.

For a Pilates session

Studio Anatomy Pilates - I'm a big fan of pilates reformer and this studio is a wonderful place to tone up.

1st Floor, 1 King Edward's Rd, London E9 7SF, United Kingdom

For a reading break

Daunt Books - a sublime bookshop with beautifully lit wooden shelves, located in Marylebone, the ideal neighborhood to continue your afternoon with a shopping session. - I could spend hours browsing the books there.

84 Marylebone High St, London W1U 4QW, United Kingdom

For lunch or dinner

Sonoria Tacqueria - delicious tacos worth the wait!

208 Stoke Newington High St, London N16 7HU, United Kingdom

For art lovers

The White Cube Gallery - I've lived in Bermondsey for some time, and I always love wandering around the area and popping into the White Cube Gallery. It's a superb contemporary art gallery, very intimate and pleasant to stroll around in.

White Cube Bermondsey, 144-152, Bermondsey St, London SE1 3TQ, United Kingdom

For a rejuvenating stroll

Abney Park Cemetery, a veritable sanctuary for walking my dog Effie. It's a peaceful place filled with greenery and four-legged friends.

Stoke Newington High St, London N16 0LH, United Kingdom

A neighborhood to get lost in

Soho is one of my favorite parts of London. There's so much to see and absorb! My favorite Sunday activity: breakfast at Café Bohême

13 Old Compton St, London W1D 5JQ, United Kingdom

For a gourmet break

Violet Cakes at London Fields - The crème de la crème of treats. I highly recommend the scone: probably the best you'll ever have.

47 Wilton Way, London, E8 3ED, United Kingdom

A museum to see

The Museum of Natural History - the crystal room is on a higher level. I must take a trip to soak up the energy!

Cromwell Rd, South Kensington, London SW7 5BD, United Kingdom

For a summer's day

Hampstead Heath - endless fields and forests to explore (320 hectares to be exact). To cool off on a fine summer's day, I recommend diving into the ponds for a mindful swim, if you're feeling in the mood.

For a drink

Gordon's Wine Bar - I believe this is the oldest wine bar in London. It's a fun, 19th-century wine bar that offers a pleasant experience in vaulted, candlelit cellars.

47 Villiers St, London WC2N 6NE, United Kingdom
