Booty Sculpt, more than just a palpate and roll

Our opinion

"I started my treatment in January, after a month of heavy holiday meals! I was feeling bloated, I had a few extra kilos and I wanted to improve the appearance of my skin (orange peel skin and dimpled skin), particularly under my buttocks and thighs. All this while getting back into exercise (obviously) and trying to eat as balanced a diet as possible (plenty of protein, vegetables, miso soups and cutting out sugar and alcohol as much as possible, which I didn't manage to do 100% of...).

After a personalized assessment with Insaf and the obligatory visit to the scales, here's my starting balance sheet on January 5: 78kg / 37% body fat / 79 cm waist circumference and 68 cm thigh circumference.

I carried out a total of 8 sessions in January (this is the course of treatment recommended by Insaf to obtain convincing results) at a rate of 2 sessions per week. Then in February, I decided to carry out maintenance sessions every two weeks. On March 19, my results spoke for themselves: 77 kg / 33% body fat / 72 cm waist circumference and 61cm thigh circumference (measurements taken at the end of my period, so not optimal).

The weight hasn't changed much, but the fat mass has dropped and the promise of centimetres gained is real! I feel better in my jeans and, above all, drained and lightened session after session... My skin looks better (especially on the front of my thighs and around the knee) and my stomach is flatter. Insaf Iaoudi's day-to-day advice

  • Dry brushing : stimulates lymphatic drainage, dry brushing makes it easier for the body to eliminate accumulated toxins, as well as removing dead skin cells and giving the skin a smoother appearance and silkier feel. What's more, dry brushing improves blood circulation to boost the immune system and help reduce orange peel skin!

  • To maximize the effects of brushing, follow your ritual with a shower, before applying your moisturizing cream or oil. 

  • Sport: find a sport routine that suits you, such as walking up the stairs (on tiptoe), walking 30 to 40 minutes a day, doing 45 minutes of cardio 2 times a week to prevent cellulite, Pilates, floor barre or muscle strengthening, etc.

Insaf recommends 1 to 2 sessions per month, spread out over the year.
