Anne-Victoire Lefèvre's Wellness Address Book

Traveling with the same ease with which you cultivate your well-being, naturally and intentionally... This is Anne-Victoire Lefèvre's gift. A fashion expert by training and a wellness globetrotter by vocation, the woman known as Viki has turned self-care into a true art form. For Oh My Cream, she has opened the pages of her address book and reveals the places that help her slow down, listen to herself, and recharge.

Tell us all about yourself

“I am a fashion and lifestyle image consultant and artistic director, and I am now embarking on a wonderful joint project involving interior design, but that's not all... I can't wait to tell you more! I have always worked in fashion and have tried my hand at everything: press officer, production, stylist, sales representative, collection director, etc. I always worked in-house before going freelance three years ago. So I have a fairly comprehensive view of the industry, which allows me to offer my clients a variety of services, in addition to the influencer work that now takes up most of my time."

What do you love most about your job?

“Collaborating with inspiring brands and people, creating beauty around a specific universe. Traveling. Testing all the latest beauty products and technologies before anyone else. My lifestyle has always been focused on wellness, which I got from my mother, and especially since I turned 30, so it's a subject that interests me.”

What's your favorite place to go for a good body treatment?

“I go to Reformation three times a week to do Pilates Reformer or Tower. I love their varied classes, which are adapted to each level, and the teachers are great!

I also really enjoy Melody's classes at Gravity Studio Pilates, which are smaller groups. From time to time, I do Lagree at Snake&Twist with Andrea, who is great.

When I travel, I also love my friendAlice Pilate's online classes: Le Studio By Alice. You have to enjoy intense classes!

I also tried the classes taught by my dear friend Laure Dary, which really put you in a good mood, and recently those taught by Isaac Boots, who is bursting with energy.

If I need to let off steam, I do a HIIT-style boot camp such as Barry's Bootcamp, Hyrox at Anette K, or those at Episod.

Who is the wellness or beauty expert you trust completely?

“I would say my friend Amandine Fornot, who created the 48Collagen Café, with its healthy drinks. She really knows a lot about wellness, she's quite avant-garde on the subject, and she often organizes masterclasses where you can learn a lot.”

What's your favorite Oh My Cream address?

“I love the store on Rue de Saintonge in Paris's 3rd arrondissement. It's the closest one to my home, and having visited several stores, I think it's the most spacious, with a very comfortable area for doing an LED masktreatment, for example.”

And what do you buy there?

“All Rudolph Care products, especially the sun care range and theAçai All In One Eye Cream. I love Augustinus Bader, Susanne Kaufmann, Alaena, Mimétique and Dermalogica. I love the and and Eye Program capsules for my Lightinderm device, and Holidermie beauty tools such as the Tongue Scraper and Body Massage Brush, although I'm also a fan of their Oil Balm Cleanser and Absolute Hydration Serum.

I also buy collagen sticks there. Collagensticks that I always carry with me, and Bone Broth Atelier Nubio : delicious! It's ideal for beautiful skin and convenient for those who don't cook much, like me.

For makeup: Ilia, Victoria Beckham, and also Violette_FR for its Petal Bouche and Bisou Balm and Bisous Blush which come in the perfect colors, and Concealer and Bronzing PowderOh My Cream Skincare, which I love.

Recently, I also fell in love with the LED headband for hair, and I dream of treating myself to the Laser Lyma !

And since I travel a lot, I often stock up on my favorite products in mini sizes, as well as masks from K-Beauty single-use masks for the plane."

What's your secret address for a massage that's as rejuvenating as it is effective?

I have several depending on my needs:

  • Badass Body or Holidermie for a draining massage

  • Anne Cali for a remodeling massage

  • Nam Gyal and his customized Tibetan massage lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. He relieves tension and also uses reflexology. He offers in-home services.

  • To ease tension: Mr. Tui Na and Rabah's Chinese energy massage

  • For bloating: Prana Paris and Juliette's Signature holistic massage, which promotes digestion, muscle tone, and lymphatic drainage.

What's your best address for a facial?

Masc Studio and Alessandro's magical hands sculpt the face like never before!

There is also Carboxy Therapy Paris and Mayumi Oda's unique 2-hour massage, which relieves tension, drains and regenerates the skin with CO2. It also balances the face.

@emine.skinartist if , like me, you enjoy dynamic and sculpting massages.

Oryza Lab for a massage that is as relaxing as it is draining, revealing the skin's radiance.

Biologique Recherche for SOS skincare that will soothe the skin, incorporating a personalized diagnosis and the latest technological advances in skincare.

What's your "reset" activity for feeling good?

A Pilates class and a change of scenery: I can't wait to try out my teacher friends' upcoming retreats.

I also love going to exhibitions or reading a book on a quiet terrace when the sun is shining.

What's your secret address for a massage that's as rejuvenating as it is effective?

“I've been traveling a lot in recent years and I'm a big fan of Asia—I actually have Taiwanese roots! I love traveling alone and I feel safe there. The food is incredible and the landscapes are very diverse: from cities to nature, you can have it all! As someone who loves bargain hunting and observing architecture, I'm in my element. And the culture shock is such that you really feel like you're in a different world. I also have a few friends there and I often work with Asian brands, so it's a pleasure to be able to combine work and personal life.

"I love Japan because it's the only place where each of my experiences is different, and it's a constant source of inspiration. It would take too long to describe everything here, but for example, I loved Naoshima Island, where I was able to sleep inside the Benesse House Museum and observe works by artists I admire in their natural setting."

My trip to Vietnam had a profound effect on me. I went alone for three weeks and the diversity of my trip really fulfilled me. After an intense period of work in Paris, I started with three days of trekking in the rice fields with a guide from a tribe who was fascinating, and I stayed with locals. Walking is one of the best remedies for everything! Then I took a cruise on Halong Bay, which made me want to learn more about Tai Chi. I had one of the best massages of my life in Hoi An and loved this city for its crafts, which inspired me greatly and gave me ideas for my new project. I had breakfast at 6 a.m. on a boat at sunrise at the Cai Rang floating market, chatting with the locals. I ended my trip with a few days on a deserted beach reading, and it was this combination of all my needs in one trip that was so beneficial to me. It allowed me to take a break from my usual rather intense life and find myself again.

What is the most beautiful landscape that still calms your mind when you think back on it?

There are many!

  • Rainbow Mountain in Peru: it takes a lot of effort to get there because of the altitude and snow, but once you reach the top, it's breathtaking, and there are all these llamas!

  • My road trip with friends in China's Hexi Corridor, between Tibet and the Gobi Desert: lots of arid landscapes and canyons, and the colorful mountains of Rainbow Valley that seemed unreal.

  • A New Year spent right in front of Mount Fuji in Japan with a private onsen and an incredible dinner.

  • Jeju Island in South Korea, with the scent of osmanthus flowers everywhere in nature.

  • The turquoise waters with the turtles and whales of Okinawa

  • All of Iceland's landscapes with that special light.

  • It was very windy, but

  • Halong Bay in Vietnam, where I went on a cruise. My room overlooked the water. I did my Tai Chi class at sunrise, and from my bed I could see the sun set.

  • An incredible sunset in Williamsburg, New York, when I was just coming back from a Pilates class. I walked all the way along the water to get home and was able to enjoy this spectacle with all its nuances without thinking about anything. I loved it, and the timing was perfect.

What is the best destination to focus on your well-being?

“The Couvent de Pozzo in Corsica! It's a beautiful old convent, also known for its cuisine, where they organize retreats, workshops, etc. I also love the Alaena spa in Paris or Biarritz: their products and massages are amazing, and they have a hammam and very soothing yoga classes. The Hoy Hotel in Paris offers great dynamic Yuj Yoga classes, a healthy restaurant called Mesa, and their comfortable rooms even have a bar for stretching."

Where do you go when you need to activate do not disturb mode?

“Isolating myself in places I don't know yet. And refocusing on myself, listening to my needs, working on a particular project... I'm much more efficient than when I'm in Paris with my very social job! It's a kind of retreat that I organize for myself without any constraints and on my own schedule. And I love being near the sea. The sound, the smell, and the horizon calm and inspire me. Otherwise, I go to my country house, which is an hour and a half from Paris."

Finally, where do you like to go to get away for a day?

“I love staying in hotels, enjoying my room in my bathrobe, room service, watching movies in bed, writing down my thoughts and ideas, and feeling like I'm far away while still in Paris. The Terrass Hotel is just perfect in the summer with its private terraces for each room and a magnificent view of Paris at sunset. The Hana Hotel with its Japanese-style decor and restaurant, private pool, great kobido massages with Dam Dam Tokyo products, and card readings.

I love getting lost in Paris in neighborhoods I don't know well and discovering new places.
