Meet Emilie Tolla, a naturopath specializing in women's well-being and anti-inflammatory nutrition. Emilie Tolla reveals her beauty essentials and tips for taking care of yourself.
What inspired you to take a closer look at your well-being and naturopathy?
I've always been interested in health and nutrition, but it was really during the first confinement that something clicked, and I felt the urge to share more and more healthy recipes and health tips.
Seeing that I was getting more and more questions on the subject, I decided to train myself to strengthen my knowledge and be able to offer guidance. A few months later I decided to launch @Wellnessculture_, an account dedicated to women's well-being, to share all my recipes and advice while following my training as a naturopath.
Tell us about your vision of beauty...
I like simplicity and have a very minimalist routine. I'm lucky enough not to have any skin problems, so it's not very complicated. I listen to my skin and adapt my routine according to the seasons and my skin's needs. For me, it's essential to have "good basics" with clean ingredients.
How do you adapt your Wellness routine throughout the year?
I listen to my body and my cycle, that's the key and naturally I adapt my rhythm to each season.
You share a lot of recipes on your Instagram account, which is your favorite this winter season?
Right now, I'd say my very simple recipe for an anti-inflammatory autumn latte, with chicory and raw cocoa powder and cashew milk. A soft, comforting latte ideal for digestion and boosting serotonin.
Do you have any final wellness tips to share with us?
Start your day with a hydration ritual to wake up your body and boost its energy naturally. A large glass of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up to deeply hydrate, with a pinch of turmeric to stimulate digestion and support the liver, especially at the start of the year after our festive meals.
