We've asked chef Faustine Hug to put together a list of foods you can pick up at your local greengrocer or supermarket that will be our allies this season. As good for your body (and skin!) as they are for your spirits, discover all the seasonal gems to treat your taste buds... and prepare your skin from the inside out just before the holidays!
As for fruit...
Blueberry
