Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your background?

"My name is Parysatis Peymani, and I live in Marseille with my husband and daughter Izeh. I've always had one foot in two worlds: one very grounded with a background in finance, and the other much more sensitive, turned towards aesthetics, places, wellness and even esotericism. This is where Harmony Homeswhich I co-founded: a way of reconciling investment and the art of living."

How would you define your vision of beauty?

"I'm deeply sensitive to harmony and balance. Whether in colors, textures or rituals, I like to compose like a balancing act, between nature and artifice, to find the perfect match. I like elements that tell a story: a wrinkle, a mole, a scar, etc. Today, my relationship with beauty is more internal. I'm no longer looking to transform myself, but to find myself."

How have your Iranian roots influenced the way you look after yourself?

"Iranian culture is very close to French culture ( especially the love of fashion and cinema) but when it comes to beauty it's quite different. We're a long way from 'less is more'. Iranian women have always believed that to take care of oneself is to honor life. Is there a ritual I've kept? The obsession with always being "dressed up" and "chic". When I was younger, I'd never leave the house without make-up, not even to get the Sunday bread. Every evening I had to wear lipstick and be in heels, as a way of celebrating life even in the everyday."

How has motherhood influenced your relationship with your body?

"Motherhood has profoundly transformed my body and the way I look at it. Before, I saw it as something to be mastered. Today, I see it almost as a superhero, to be taken care of. I've also learned to make peace with the marks of time, wrinkles and scars. As for my skin, it has never been so healthy. I think Marseille is good for it: it breathes and it glows."

How do you look after yourself on a daily basis?

"I'm very faithful to a few simple but essential rituals: sport every week (between Dynamo, pilates or a run on the corniche to breathe facing the sea), regular self-massages to boost energy and take care of my skin. I also try to treat myself, at least once a month, to a lymphatic drainage or madero therapy session. These are moments to reconnect with myself, listen to my body and thank it."

You've mentioned in the past the importance of passing on your culture to your daughter. How does this influence your approach to beauty?

"Passing on my culture to my daughter means passing on to her a certain idea of beauty: a multiple, living, joyful beauty that doesn't hide. I want Izeh to grow up with this idea that taking care of oneself is a form of respect and love for life. So, yes, I talk to her about our grandmothers' rituals, perfumes, hair... But above all, I transmit to her this state of mind of celebrating even without any special occasion. And I believe that in this gesture of putting on lipstick or a beautiful dress just because you feel like it, there is an immense strength to be passed on to her."

Which products never leave your bathroom?

"I'm a big fan of Biolumin-C Heat Aging Protector SPF 50 Soin Hydratant by Dermalogica, which is very effective and leaves no white marks, the Egyptian Magic Balmmulti-purpose, ultra-sensorial balm, the Hydrating Floral Essence Essence Florale Hydratante by Tata Harper, freshand invigorating, and the Mega Waterfor gentle cleansing."

What have you learned about yourself through skincare?

"You have to listen to your skin. It tells us everything: our cycles, our emotions, our fatigue, our excesses... And it has taught me to be more rigorous and disciplined, not out of constraint, but out of respect. To bring it the best."

What's the philosophy behind Harmony Homes?

"with Harmony Homeswe wanted to create a bridge between investment and emotion, between performance and beauty. We choose charming vacation homes, and allow our members to invest as little as 1,000 euros and earn income every month. The icing on the cake? They have priority and preferential rates to travel there if they wish. So basically, what we're selling isn't just returns, it's also their best memories. "

How did you go about designing the Harmony homes?

"Each home is designed as a place to disconnect. We work a lot on light, natural materials and colors, but also... Simplicity. The idea is that you enter a Harmony home with a desire to get together with family, friends or colleagues, surrounded by nature and facilities that encourage rejuvenation: a swimming pool, a sauna, a Nordic bath, a library, board games, pétanque, padel etc. We've thought of everything to help you relax!

How do you integrate well-being into the Harmony Homes experience?

"It's in the details: the bedding, the rituals we leave available (soap and sleep mists) , in the connection to nature, in the fluidity of the space but also the activities we offer in the area, sport, local cultural visits etc. We're also lucky enough to be able to count yoga and Pilates teachers among our investors, who organize retreats that are sometimes reserved exclusively for the Harmony Club !"

How do you cultivate your personal well-being?

"My philosophy is to follow my instincts and not to be in too much of a hurry. I believe that everything important takes time, so I give myself moments when I'm not doing anything useful, I learn to enjoy and I remember to breathe. This doesn't mean I'm inactive, but I'm more of a tortoise than a hare. There's no point in running, you've got to start on the right foot!"

If you could send a message to the girl you once were, what would you say?

"'What you look for on the outside, you're already wearing'. For a long time I sought validation from others, today I move forward with pride."
