Spark Club, where fitness meets infrared sauna

Sweat better, not necessarily more... That's the philosophy behind the new wellness club that combines fitness and infrared heat : Spark Club. Inspired by the recovery protocol used by top athletes at the Paris Olympics, and united by the belief that the benefits of sport go beyond aesthetics, Stéphane and Toni wanted to make sport a treatment in its own right. Halfway between a high-end studio and a wellness spa, Spark Club embodies this new generation of fitness focused on the quest for longevity

The concept is simple, yet incredibly modern and certainly unique. By combining sports sessions such asPilates, yoga, cycling, HIIT, and rowingwith infrared heat, Spark Club offers you access to an experience that has long been reserved for high-end spas and recovery centers. An experience with proven benefits for the body and mind that transforms our vision of fitness . But why is this combination of fitness and infrared sauna the new game changer in wellness? Let us explain!

Why exercise under infrared heat?

It might seem counterproductive to exercise in 45°C heat, or even inadvisable... And yet , combining fitness and infrared heat means thinking of your workout as a gentle, more mindful and sustainable break, where the heat acts as an additional aid rather than a hindrance. Think "benefits" rather than "effort." But how does it work?

Unlike "traditional" heat, infrared lights penetrate deeper into the tissues to warm the body from within for more efficient movement, warmer muscles, and more flexible joints. They help to:

  • Increase blood flow, stimulate lymphatic circulation, and improve muscle oxygenation to optimize movement and prepare the body.

  • Increase energy expenditure and accelerate perspiration to amplify effort without overworking the body for more targeted muscle work while eliminating toxins.

  • Promote recovery by helping to relax muscles, relieve tension, reduce soreness, and improve the quality of sleep after exercise.

  • Participate in cell regeneration by activating microcirculation for more radiant skin.

A concept far removed from traditional gym sessions

Here, we're not just talking about sweating to burn calories. The whole concept is focused on self-care above all else. The sessions aredeliberately short (15 to 25 minutes) so as not to wear out the body. As you can see, performance is not an end in itself. The effort is measured and designed to bemore effective and smarter, for amore resilient, mobile, and balanced body over the course of the sessions. What's more, you train (almost) alone, guided by a coach via an HD screen, in an intensely relaxing atmosphere of (dry) heat and soft lighting. Each session offers an experience that respects each individual's rhythm, where movement becomes an ally.

A concept focused on longevity

The difference compared to a traditional workout is noticeable almost immediately... Infrared heat envelops the body, muscles relax, joints become more flexible: you move more freely, without straining. The effort quickly becomes fluid, almost instinctive. Spark Club also works where traditional sports sometimes fail in terms of stress and recovery. Infrared heat promotes relaxation, helps reduce cortisol production, and improves sleep quality—three essential pillars of a body that ages well. Exercise then becomes a regulatory tool, as each session supports circulation, muscle recovery, flexibility, and overall well-being.

What people thought of this new-generation sports club

“Soft lighting, filtered water fountain, elegant changing room (with a private option) and ambient fragrance that puts our thoughts on hold... As soon as I walk through the door, I already feel calm. At Spark Club, every detail has been carefully thought out to invite us to relax, as if our bodies were entering a deeply regenerating bubble of softness. The semi-private mini-fitness rooms, bathed in the warmth of infrared lights, offer us a unique experience: (semi-)private sports classes and no judgmental eyes, not even those of the coach who teaches the class via a screen. We train at our own pace, without pressure or judgment...

The heat is fully adjustable, but already noticeable when you enter, preparing your body from the very first minutes. Your muscles relax, you start to sweat gently, and paradoxically, the effort seems more fluid, almost easy. Spark Club transforms your workout routine into an almost meditative experience. And the benefits don't stop when you leave the cabin: your body continues to work gently after your workout, and you come out feeling toned but calm, far from the dry fatigue of a traditional gym.

In summary: Spark Club isn't just another way to work out, it's a complete experience, designed to make every session count for both body and mind." - Elsa, Editorial Manager.
