A true beauty enthusiast, fashion designer Victoria Beckham has surrounded herself with the best experts, such as Augustinus Bader and Mélanie Grant, not only to design her brand's ultra-performing products, but also to keep her skin glowing. Here's a look at her 10 beauty tips.
His double-cleansing routine
Speaking to Into The Gloss, Victoria Beckham confided that she had found the perfect skin care routine thanks to the advice of her facialist friend, Melanie Grant, with whom she developed her double cleansing routine.
Her "Self-Care Sunday" ritual
To take care of her skin, Victoria Beckham allows herself one self-care day a week for a "spa-at-home" ritual, which she had actually shared on her Instagram account.
"On Sunday mornings, I try to take time for myself to really care for my skin - I apply a face mask, which I leave on for as long as possible (usually 40 minutes), then remove it following my daily cleansing protocol, followed by a session under my LED mask, then the Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum and the Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer in Golden, and I'm ready to face the day!"
LED radiance mask
The secret behind Victoria Beckham's glow? LED technology, without a doubt. On her Instagram account, she confided that she uses an LED mask Every night, the LED light makes a real difference to the condition of her skin.
Dermaplaning for flawless skin
Victoria Beckham confided on her Instagram account that she turns to Dermaplaning at a dermatologist's, on the advice of facialist Melanie Grant. This technique involves running a blade over the face to remove fluff and dead skin, thus activating cell renewal, boosting collagen production and stimulating skin radiance. The skin's surface is smoother, allowing better penetration of the active ingredients in the skincare products that follow.
The white pencil to enlarge your eyes
To make her eyes look bigger, Victoria Beckham has a trick up her sleeve, which she has also adapted into a product in her make-up range:
"I usually apply my Instant Brightening Waterline Pencil Eye Pencil - it's the perfect nude pencil to apply in the mucous membrane of the eyes, it immediately makes you look awake and well-groomed."
Eyebrows always well groomed
You'll probably never see Victoria Beckham without perfectly shaped eyebrows! In fact, she revealed to make-up artist Lisa Eldridge that her husband David Beckham had never seen her without made-up eyebrows.
"I aim for brows that don't look too perfect or forced, but have a natural symmetry. I love our Baby Blade Eyebrow Pencil. I spent a long time looking for the right eyebrow product, something small enough that I could really get a precise application and carefully pencil in each hair. I've never found an eyebrow product comparable to ours, which is why I decided to develop it myself."
At the launch of the stick, she revealed her tips for perfect contouring:
"I always start at the nose, draw 2 lines along my nose, and draw a V on the tip of my nose. For this part, I always use my fingers to blend and make sure I don't have any product or material in the center of my nose. I've always been a fan of contouring to create the illusion of a longer, thinner, more refined nose. I also like to contour my eyes, to create a base for a Smoky Eye, by drawing a line in the hollow of the eyelid and under the lower lash line. I always draw 2 lines in the hollow of the cheekbones before blending with a brush to enhance the cheekbones. Finally, I draw 2 lines on the temples, which blend in. This connects the forehead to the cheekbones to sculpt the face."
