Every morning, I start with 5 minutes of dry brushing, a real miracle gesture to boost blood and lymphatic circulation! The golden rule: start with the extremities, such as the wrists or ankles, and work your way up to the heart. Then, you can go to the shower!
After the shower, I slather on my favorite oil, the Holi (Body) Anti-Aging Smoothing Body Oil Agent Nateur. I love this oil: in addition to being super sensory, it is loaded with natural and powerful assets. A few drops are enough and it is best to apply it in the same direction as dry brushing.
My latest discovery is from the same brand by the way. It is the Holi(Rose) N°4 Deodorant Stick with Rose Agent Nateura deodorant 100% natural and super effective, based on antibacterial coconut oil and baking soda. And above all, without aluminium salts!

The Detoxifying Salt & Sugar Body Scrub African Botanics brings a real boost to my routine. It's made with coarse grains of Himalayan salts and marula oil. It is so moisturizing that you don't even need to use a moisturizer. You can also use it as bath salts, a tablespoon is enough, directly in the water.
I also love the Ecological Pedicure Ritual Kure Bazaar. You put on the socks provided soaked with a super nourishing lotion, then you wait 15 minutes minimum. Above all, don't try to walk with them... I tried and I fell ;-)
