Have you always been interested in beauty and wellness?
“I think I’ve always been interested in wellness in its entirety. I did gymnastics as a child, so I was very aware of my body, what it was capable of – and the importance of taking care of it, whether through long baths or stretching! I also suffered from acne as a teenager, which pushed me to search for lots of information (this was before Google or social media!). That’s when I started to take an interest in ingredients and better understand what my skin needed. This is probably what sparked my passion.”

What is the gesture, tip or skincare product that has changed your routine?
“Niacinamide! My skin has never tolerated vitamin C very well: it brought radiance, sure, but it was too acidic for me. Whereas niacinamide (or vitamin B3), I love it! It gives me the same healthy glow effects, without any reaction, and with added benefits for the skin barrier, redness, imperfections... and hydration.”
Besides skincare, what other wellness rituals do you do daily to feel good?
“I love writing in my journal, meditating, and practicing mantras—the classics, in themselves. I’m also very interested in Human Design. Diving into this energetic universe has really allowed me to better understand myself, and others, too. I think that as long as we stay aligned with what deeply resonates with us, we will always feel good.”
What advice would you give to someone who struggles with feeling comfortable in their body or skin?
“Skin is just skin, it’s not who you are. Focus your energy on being a good person, with beautiful energy, rather than focusing solely on outward appearances!”
What inspires you on a daily basis?
“Everything! The books I read, the nature I see on my morning walks, the people around me. Beauty is truly everywhere; you just have to be open to seeing it.”
