We asked chef Faustine Hug to put together a list of foods to find at your local grocery store or supermarket that will be our allies for the season. As good for the body (and the skin!) as for the morale, discover all the gems of the season to treat your taste buds... and prepare your skin from the inside just before the holidays!
Fruits
Blueberries

Apple

It purifies the liver and intestines. Its polyphenols promote the production of collagen and help fight against skin aging. Its antioxidants protect cells against oxidation.

Perfect for cleansing the liver and intestines, cabbages are excellent for maintaining skin health, since their cocktail of nutrients and phytonutrients will cleanse the body and neutralize the damage caused by free radicals.
Mushrooms
