Léna Farl's Wellness Address Book

A city dweller who keeps up with the latest fashion and beauty trends, Léna Farl has built up a truly invaluable network of contacts over the years. As a communications consultant and content creator, she launched her own wellness-focused media outlet, Hope You’re Well(ness), to introduce others to the art of maintaining their well-being. We sat down with this self-care curator.

Tell us all about yourself

“My name is Léna. I’m a content creator, communications consultant, and founder of Hope You’re Well(ness), a media outlet that explores the brands, places, people, and ideas that shape the way we live. I studied fashion and then public relations, with the goal of becoming a press officer. My Instagram account, @lenafarl, ultimately led me to the other side: the world of creation, styling, and working with brands. Today, I’m building a universe at the intersection of fashion, beauty, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle—a multifaceted, creative, and free-spirited ecosystem that reflects who I am.”

Where does your passion for wellness come from?

“It all started because of my work as a content creator. The events I was invited to allowed me to discover the world of wellness—first through skincare, and then as a much broader field at the intersection of beauty, health, movement, and emotional balance. Above all, I was fortunate to meet passionate founders, practitioners, and experts. The way they shared their knowledge inspired me to learn more myself. Over the years, this curiosity has grown into genuine hands-on expertise. Today, I feel confident sharing my discoveries—with clarity and discernment—while continuing to learn; that’s why I created my media platform.”

How do you look after yourself on a daily basis?

“Right now, I’m focusing mainly on getting enough sleep, because it’s truly the foundation of my well-being. In the evening, I like to do a red light session and some PEMF therapy to aid recovery. I’ve also incorporated functional mushrooms into my routine. Reishi really helps me relax and signals to my body that the day is over.”

What's your favorite Oh My Cream address?

“Definitely the new flagship store in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. I love going there to check out the latest skincare products, ask for advice, and extend the experience with a fresh juice.” Atelier Nubio. And why not treat myself to an infrared sauna session? For me, it’s a spot that perfectly blends beauty, wellness, and the art of living.”

What have you learned about self-care since you launched your wellness media outlet, Hope You’re Well(ness)?

“I’ve learned that there are as many ways to take care of yourself as there are people. There’s no one-size-fits-all routine or perfect formula: well-being can be found in a highly specialized treatment just as much as in an extremely simple everyday gesture. Through Hope You’re Well(ness), I’ve had the chance to meet the people shaping this industry. They all have a very personal vision of well-being, but one common thread runs through it all: the importance of listening to your own needs rather than blindly following trends.”

“For me, self-care should never become yet another obligation. It doesn’t have to be spectacular, perfectly optimized, or time-consuming. It can simply be five minutes to walk, breathe, and slow down. I advocate for a carefree approach to well-being—one that doesn’t aim to make us more productive, but to help us live better in our daily lives.”

What's your favorite place to pamper your body?

“At my friend Léa Boucher’s house, for a lymphatic drainage session. Beyond her expertise, she creates a very gentle and reassuring environment where you immediately feel at ease. I leave feeling light, less tense, and with much more energy. It’s become one of my essential wellness appointments.”

In your opinion, what's the best place to go for a facial that boosts your skin's radiance?

“Without a doubt, at Sophie Montéan’s, founder ofAcuBeauty Paris. Her signature treatment combines several approaches, including acupuncture, Japanese Kobido, and Korean face-sculpting techniques. Beyond the immediate radiance, I love her holistic approach to beauty. Each treatment is personalized based on the skin’s condition as well as your current needs. I’ve never found such an exceptional and long-lasting glow anywhere else.

What's the most relaxing place—for both the mind and the body?

“The Spa Alaena. The massages there are exceptional, and the place is incredibly soothing—you could easily spend the whole day there. I like to take the time to enjoy the hammam before my treatment. It’s a real escape— From s the moment you walk through the door.”

What do you think is the most rejuvenating activity and the best “dopamine booster”?

“A sound bath led by Shirley Regnault. Her approach combines sounds, vibrations, and breathing, and it was the wellness experience that transported and rejuvenated me the most. We still talk about it together: after my first session with her, I walked out with incredible energy, feeling completely recharged. It reminded me that wellness isn’t just about slowing down or relaxing. It can also awaken us, get our bodies and minds moving again, and give us a real boost.”

#seo: Re-Set Club

What’s the latest beauty trend or treatment you’ve tried that really blew you away?

“Contrast therapy. I tried it at RE-SET. I didn’t think I’d enjoy being exposed to heat and cold so much. The way I felt after a session really blew me away! I feel a burst of energy, greater mental clarity, and a sense of calm all at once. It quickly became one of my favorite ways to hit the reset button.”

Has your perspective on well-being, longevity, or beauty changed since you launched your media outlet?

“Absolutely. In fact, I created this media outlet with the goal of making these topics more accessible. At first, certain terms like ‘longevity,’ ‘biohacking,’ or ‘integrative health’ seemed complex—even intimidating—to me. As I delved deeper into these topics and spoke with experts, I realized they could be approached in a much simpler and more practical way.”

"Longevity, for example, isn't necessarily about constantly striving for performance or optimization. It often starts with the basics: sleeping better, exercising regularly, managing stress, eating well, and doing what makes us feel good. My view of beauty has evolved in the same way: I now see it as a reflection of a more holistic balance, rather than simply a matter of appearance."

If there were one beauty treatment or wellness practice you should try at least once in your life, which one would you recommend?

“AcuBeauty Paris’s signature treatment. It combines acupuncture, various facial massage techniques, and an approach inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. I particularly love the fact that it doesn’t follow a one-size-fits-all protocol: Sophie tailors each session to the individual, their energy, and their current needs. It’s an experience that goes beyond a simple beauty treatment. You come out feeling deeply relaxed, centered, and with a radiance—both inside and out—that’s quite incomparable.”

Which place does a better job of promoting well-being? And why?

“I find that Paris now has little left to envy from cities considered pioneers of wellness, such as London, Los Angeles, or New York. The French market developed a little later, but today it’s doing so with a unique approach—one that’s often highly aesthetic, sensory, and discerning. Between studios with signature methods, recovery concepts, and new wellness-oriented spots, there’s so much to discover. And I think this is just the beginning.”

Which expert do you trust to give you a massage that exceeds all your expectations?

Axelle Rogano @theayamtherapy for her exceptional CHI NEI TSANG abdominal massage, which soothes both the body and the mind.”

And finally, where do you go when you want to turn on “Do Not Disturb” mode? And what do you do there?

“I’m heading to the south of France to visit my mother; I’m taking a few days to slow down, sleep, spend time with my family, and get back into a simpler routine. If I can’t get away, I like to treat myself to a spa day at a hotel and enjoy a day of some “me time.””
